Job requirements:
1. According to the annual regional sales goals and plans formulated by the company, overall deploy and supervise the execution of sales plans, and be responsible for performance;
2. Assist in formulating regional marketing strategic plans, providing suggestions and information support for major marketing decisions;
3. Responsible for developing and maintaining regional customer relationships, continuously expanding key customer resources, directly participating in business negotiations with important customers, and achieving market share and sales targets in the region;
4. Supervise and control regional expenses based on the company's established regional sales budget;
5. According to the development needs of the company, establish a sales team, responsible for team goal performance management, standardize sales processes, and support the achievement of sales goals;
6. Analyze the market potential, sales data, and expenses of new and existing distribution systems or channels, and calculate the profit and loss situation.
7. Industry experience in mobile measurement MMS and robotics is preferred
Qualification:
1. College degree or above, major in management or marketing is preferred;
2. More than 8 years of sales experience in the IT industry, 3 years of sales management experience, and geographic information industry experience is preferred;
3. Having excellent marketing skills, strong market planning and operational abilities;
4. Excellent team building experience, familiar with enterprise sales management models, proficient in using various incentive models, good at coordinating the work of marketing teams;
5. Strong judgment and decision-making ability, interpersonal communication and coordination ability, planning and implementation ability;
6. Strong sense of responsibility, positive and optimistic work attitude, able to withstand certain work pressure.
