Job requirements:
1. Responsible for market expansion and sales work in industries such as regional military civilian integration (military, military industrial enterprises), conducting industry market analysis, and setting market expansion goals;
2. Responsible for expanding and maintaining key customers, developing industry customer management strategies;
3. Responsible for managing industry market business opportunities, conducting major project initiation reviews and resource allocation, and conducting pre bid guidance and bidding reviews for projects;
4. Comprehensively coordinate the decomposition and implementation of strategies such as products, technologies, solutions, and markets at the sales end to ensure the achievement of the overall sales goals of the business unit;
5. Support the expansion of the company's business regions and industries;
Qualification:
1. At least 5 years of experience in business expansion in the military or military industry, familiar with the operational process of military system projects, with experience in project expansion and management;
2. Can independently and proficiently explain the overall solution for the military civilian integration industry, and have a deep understanding of industry development trends;
3. Having rich resources in the military civilian integration industry and rich connections in the military or military industry;
4. Good at coordinating the work of the marketing team;
5. Have keen market awareness, adaptability and leadership, strong negotiation ability, and adapt to business trips;
