Job requirements:
1. Assist the President in formulating the company's overall development strategy and business plan, and be responsible for organizing and implementing daily operations and management in accordance with the company's overall development strategy;
2. Lead or participate in the decision-making and negotiation of major business of the company, and handle major emergencies;
3. Promote the institutionalization and standardization of internal management of the company, and approve the company's organizational structure and management system;
4. Supervise and inspect the implementation of the company's various plans and plans; Strengthen internal management, coordinate relationships between departments, follow the company's established rules and regulations, and implement the company's discipline and regulations.
5. Undertake other tasks and responsibilities assigned by superiors. Assist the President in managing the company's operations and various functional departments;
Qualification:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in unified recruitment, with at least 10 years of management experience and at least 3 years of work experience in the same position;
2. Having industry experience in product promotion, distribution, and operation, as well as abundant resources of business partners;
3. Having excellent market expansion, planning, coordination, negotiation, and operational abilities;
4. Strong management, decision-making ability, interpersonal communication and coordination ability, planning and implementation ability;
5. Rich in professional dedication, possessing good professional ethics, strong leadership, execution, and innovation abilities.
