Job requirements:
1. Research, design, development, and simulation of robot planning and control algorithms;
2. Responsible for the design, development, and validation of failure safety control algorithms, supporting functional safety development;
3. Cooperate with the project manager to complete the development and implementation of related products and projects;
4. Prepare relevant development documents and technical documentation;
5. Maintain and upgrade relevant algorithm libraries, participate in on-site debugging;
Qualification：
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer, automation, applied mathematics, electronic communication, etc;
2. More than three years of research and development experience in automation and related industries;
3. Having good programming skills, familiar with one of the programming languages such as C, C++, Python, and MATLAB, familiar with Ubuntu, ROS, and real-time operating systems;
4. Familiar with general control algorithms, with in-depth research and development experience in one or more aspects such as lattice planner, DWA, A *, MPC, PID, and LQR;
5. Having experience in developing robots or autonomous driving, or having a good mathematical foundation is preferred
