Job requirements:
1. Monitor supplier production capacity fluctuations, organize the Parts Planning Department to prepare and supervise plans, and undertake the preparation and issuance of parts purchase orders for each responsible department.
2. Ensure the company's production and delivery, track and ensure timely delivery of components, and monitor safety inventory.
3. Assist the department head in adjusting the procurement plan, responsible for managing daily and weekly delivery plans.
4. Responsible for reconciling, invoicing, and keeping accounts with suppliers, while assisting the department head in supervising other colleagues, assisting the quality department in ensuring component quality control, assisting the department's planners in verifying payment data, determining payment suppliers, and evaluating each supplier.
Qualification:
1. Able to handle tasks in one's own position according to the process, such as placing orders, reviewing requirements, and verifying production plans;
2. Able to understand cross departmental processes and achieve effective coordination: focusing on three departments: quality, project management, and research and development.
Understand the general process and cycle of handling quality issues, understand the logic of project management, change management, research and development BOM, product development cycle, and so on.
4. Have the ability to independently handle difficult problems, and be able to organize relevant personnel to provide a complete set of solutions based on different problems and scenarios.
