Job requirements:
1. Based on the company's development strategy and goals, formulate technical team goals and plans, coordinate various stages of project development and implementation, and grasp the overall progress and quality of the project;
2. Responsible for the operation of the robot research and development platform, planning the company's product technology architecture, effectively coordinating and organizing communication and exchange with other relevant departments, and playing an important role in department leadership and company platform technology support;
3. Responsible for analyzing the requirements of the company's main projects, developing overall product technical solutions, defining the functions of structural hardware systems, developing solutions, designing and developing architecture, testing, and implementing them;
4. Deeply understand the development of robotics and artificial intelligence technology, guide products in making correct decisions, be responsible for researching and mastering industry technology trends and development trends, introduce new technologies and apply them to products;
5. Lead the technical team to complete and improve product development, construction, and maintenance, and solve core technical problems encountered in the project;
6. Responsible for introducing technical talents to the company, cultivating and assessing the team, and improving the quality, efficiency, and technical capabilities of the team.

Qualification:
1. Master's degree or above in unified enrollment, graduated from related majors such as robotics, electromechanical engineering, electrical engineering and automation, mechanical design, etc;
2. More than ten years of research and development experience in automation and robotics related industries, and more than three years of technical operation and team management experience, proficient in the development process of intelligent hardware and controlling product progress and quality;
3. Possess the ability to design system architecture and long-term technical planning, be familiar with robot control systems and structural hardware scheme architecture, have a deep understanding of robot hardware and software technology, and have the ability to develop technical specifications;
4. Having experience in robot system design, development, and debugging, familiar with the hardware and software of robot systems, and familiar with relevant technologies and tools in the field of robotics, such as ROS, SLAM, deep learning, etc;
5. Having experience in team management, able to effectively lead and coordinate team work, with good communication skills and teamwork spirit. "
