1. Bachelor's degree or above in unified enrollment, major in computer science, surveying, remote sensing, geographic information systems, simulation related fields, with geographic information systems as a priority;
2. Having at least 5 years of experience in technical positions in information system integration, software industry, and internet industry, with corresponding technical reserves in fields such as 3D modeling, GIS, BIM, etc;
3. Proficient in cloud computing and big data technology, with experience in GF large-scale project argumentation, including argumentation report writing, solution architecture design, technical architecture design, and overall solution function design;
4. AI, Internet of Things, blockchain technology, in-depth research on a certain technology; Familiar with industries such as land resources, smart cities, national defense, and public security emergency response, with pre-sales technical support experience, and the ability to integrate and output solutions; Familiar with the overall architecture of system integration, with relevant project implementation and successful delivery being a priority;
5. Understand the development trends and trends of metaverse, digital twins, VR, AR, XR and other technologies in various industry fields;
6. Possess good communication and coordination skills, teamwork spirit, good at problem-solving, and able to work under pressure;
7. External needs to organize internal personnel to communicate with customers on solutions, technical reports, etc; Responsible for the quality of the plan by personnel from various technical lines within the internal demand organization;
8. Possess team management experience of around 5 people and the ability to cultivate junior and intermediate engineers.
