1. Core algorithm development:
1) Responsible for developing competitive deep learning algorithms to enhance the application level of the company's products in AI;
2) Responsible for building the company's AI platform and ensuring the company's long-term application needs in the direction of deep learning;
3) Responsible for researching cutting-edge deep learning methods;
4) Guide the team to develop forward-looking deep learning algorithms and improve the team's deep learning technology level
Key technology research: Develop the company's machine learning technology strategy, determine technology direction and product roadmap, and develop new technologies and products based on market demand.
2. Research and Technology Cooperation: Collaborate closely with academic and industry peers, actively explore new technologies and methods, research the latest trends in machine learning technology, and ensure that the company maintains a leading position in technology.
3. Establishment of R&D management system: manage and coordinate the team's R&D process, review core technical solutions, ensure project delivery meets expected goals, and coordinate communication and collaboration among team members.
4. Team building: Responsible for leading and managing an efficient machine learning team, introducing technical talents, guiding the team's research and development work, and ensuring timely and high-quality completion of projects

1. Education requirements: Master's degree or above
2. Professional requirements: Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related majors
3. Work experience: At least 10 years of work experience in the field of machine learning or artificial intelligence. (Experience in autonomous driving perception, high-precision map automation production, and digital twin sensor sensing applications is preferred.)
4. Professional knowledge: Proficient in new technologies such as transformer, multimodal, and large models; Familiar with AI platform architecture and deep learning open-source algorithm framework; Understand the entire process of developing deep learning algorithms.
5. Ability and quality: Good communication skills in both Chinese and English; Having the ability to quickly identify and solve problems, able to quickly respond to unexpected situations, and possessing excellent organizational and planning abilities; Experience in managing teams, good at communication and leading teams. Able to cultivate subordinates, guide them to effectively carry out their work, and enable them to grow.
