1. Major in surveying and mapping (GIS, surveying, mapping, remote sensing, aerial surveying, etc.), bachelor's degree or above, with at least 2 years of work experience in the same industry;
2. Having experience in internal and external data production, project proposal development, and management in surveying and mapping geographic information data production projects, such as 2D navigation map production, high-precision map production, smart city big data, 4D production, oblique photography, 3D modeling, census, etc;
3. Familiar with surveying and mapping geographic information data specifications, production processes, quality standards, and related data production platform software;
4. Familiar with the business process of surveying and mapping geographic information project implementation; Proficient in operating related software such as ArcGIS, Mapinfo, erdas image, AutoCAD, 3dmax, Envi, Supermap, etc;
5. Having a clear idea of technological innovation, strong logical thinking ability, statistical analysis ability, learning ability, and written skills;
6. Strong communication, expression, organization, and coordination skills;
